Terms & Conditions
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments that have already been scheduled can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For appointments that are not canceled in time, half of the treatment costs will be charged.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact us exclusively by phone or email.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust the prices for our services and products. The price displayed at the time of booking applies. Current prices can be found on our website.
Services at Insurance Rates
Mandatory services provided by health insurance companies are billed according to the Tarmed tariff. This tariff is regulated nationwide.
Services and Products at Private Rates
Our services and products at private rates (e.g., aesthetic treatments, cosmetic products) are due for immediate payment. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, as well as Twint.
Reminders / Payment Delays
Invoices are to be paid within 10 days without any deduction. A reminder fee of CHF 30 will be charged starting from the second reminder.
Clarification and Consent
Prior to many interventions, therapies, and treatments, patient information is required. The consent form must be signed by the patients and submitted to us at the latest immediately before the treatment. Without this signature, we cannot perform any interventions, therapies, or treatments for legal reasons.
Contract Partner
Your sole contractual partner is Skin Atelier AG.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the conflict of law provisions of private international law. The courts in Zurich (city) shall have jurisdiction for all disputes.
