The seven treatment rooms and the relaxation lounge offer a view of the lake. Parking is available in the underground garage.

The aesthetic medical treatments are carried out by a physician with over ten years of experience in surgery, internal medicine, and sports medicine, as well as membership in the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Skin and body treatments are in the hands of a holistic skin therapist and an experienced medical practice assistant with more than ten years in aesthetic medicine. All treatments are conducted under medical supervision.
Most clients find microneedling to be well-tolerated. Before the treatment, we apply a numbing cream, making the fine needle pricks barely noticeable. Afterward, the skin may be slightly red for one to two days, similar to the effect of mild sun exposure.
It depends on the product and the treated area. Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last several months to over a year, while biostimulants like Radiesse and polynucleotides stimulate the body’s own collagen production. As a result, the effect gradually builds up and can last significantly longer than a year. During the consultation, you will receive a realistic assessment for the respective treatment.
Botulinum toxin specifically relaxes the muscles that cause facial wrinkles, such as the frown lines between the eyebrows, forehead lines, and smile lines around the eyes. The effects typically last about four to six months before gradually fading. Botulinum toxin is a prescription medication and is used exclusively after a medical consultation and by our physician. Often, treatment with botulinum toxin is combined with hyaluronic acid fillers or microneedling to achieve a natural overall result.
Both methods stimulate collagen production but work at different skin layers. Classic microneedling rejuvenates the upper layers with fine needles, improving skin texture, fine lines, and scars. Morpheus 8 enhances the procedure with radiofrequency, which heats deeper layers, making it more suitable for skin tightening, firmer contours, and cellulite. Many clients combine both methods depending on their goals.
Most treatments at the Skin Atelier are either non-invasive or minimally invasive, allowing you to usually return to your daily routine on the same day. After microneedling and similar treatments, the skin may be slightly red for a day. On the treatment day, we recommend avoiding makeup, saunas, exercise, and tanning beds. We will discuss the appropriate aftercare with you personally.
The prices depend on the chosen treatment. For reference: Medical Luxury Facials start at around CHF 175, body treatments from about CHF 220, combined face and body treatments from CHF 365, and a DNA test costs CHF 700.
