BIO-STIMULATING SKIN BOOSTERS
BIO-REVITALIZATION
Biostimulating skin boosters are substances injected into the middle layer of the skin (dermis) to promote collagen production and other structure-giving proteins. It helps the skin to develop its volume. Well-known injectable biostimulators include products such as Radiesse, Croma, and PRP.
Radiesse consists of microspheres containing calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA), a natural compound of phosphate and calcium in the human body. More volume is immediately achieved in the treated area when this booster is injected. Over time, the CaHA breaks down and is absorbed by the body, leaving behind an increased amount of collagen. This process helps to improve the overall appearance and texture of the skin.
Polynucleotide skin booster PhilArt and PhilArt EYE Polynucleotides are long-chain molecules made from nucleotide building blocks of DNA and RNA that play an essential role in medicine. They consist of a nitrogen base, a sugar, and a phosphate group. As biostimulators in skin care, they promote the production of collagen and elastin for the elasticity and firmness of the skin. They support cell regeneration, moisturize, and thus counteract signs of aging. It leads to improved skin structure and health.
